This is a permanent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional, who has experience breaking into new accounts and new markets. Our client is the leading manufacturer of clock movements, specialty tools and wood work. The company is nearly 100 years old, is being run by the 3rd generation of the same family, and has a reputation for its quality, but also for retaining its employees for a very long time. They are seeking a creative thinker, who can manage an inside sales team, find new markets, while continuing to grow existing markets. Someone who has a passion for excellence, the dedication to help their clients grow and the drive to close profitable business. This position will require travel - 25-30% - to visit clients and to attend trade shows.

- 5+ years of outside sales experience, with a focus on new business development
