Our client in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Technical Support/ Escalation Specialist for a contract position.

This person will monitor, answer and resolve all emails in an escalation mailbox.
This mailbox interacts with the vendors, bsd sales team, and customer service. This requires research within various systems.

This person needs to be able to problem solve and have good communication skills (written & oral). 

There will be some involvement with the EDI and other teams. 

Basic excel skills required.
