IT Customer Support
$60,000 - $65,000/year base salary + healthcare
Palm Beach, Florida
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Occasional evenings or weekends
Travel once per quarter to Chicago or Wisconsin

Our client is looking for an IT Customer Support person to look over the IT infrastructure for an investment office and a house in Palm Beach. Background should be in 1st, 2nd level customer support, Network infrastructure, Help Desk, Server Management, VMware, Switches, Firewalls. Monitoring current systems. Systems manager. Must be eager to look into new technologies. Must be willing to be on call 24/7, although rarely will you be called. Able to explain technical matters in non-technical terms. 

Experience in the following is preferred:
Microsoft windows server exchange 2013
Monitoring/maintaining switches and firewalls
Wireless products
Laptops, desktops
No mac experience required
Windows- based

Bonus but not required:
Specialist audio/video installs
Monitoring/maintaining audio/video
AV background- perfect
Audio/visual issues
Crestron- AV
HP switches
SonicWall firewalls
Ruckus wireless systems
Windows 7,8 10
Symantec antivrus
