$60,000 - $65,000/year base salary + healthcare
Palm Beach, Florida
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Occasional evenings or weekends
Travel once per quarter to Chicago or Wisconsin

Our client is looking for an Audio/Visual IT Customer Support to look over the IT infrastructure for the family investment office and house in Palm Beach. Background should be in 1st, 2nd level customer support, Network infrastructure, Helpdesk. Monitoring current systems. Systems manager. Must have ability to look into new technologies. Must be willing to be on call 24/7, although rarely will you be called.

Experience in the following required:
Audio/visual components for parties
Looking after switches
Monitoring/maintining switches and firewalls
Wireless products
Laptops, desktops
No mac experience required
Windows- based
Specialist audio/video installs
Monitoring/maintaining audio/video
AV background- perfect
Audio/visual issues
Kitchen tv doesn’t work
Creston- AV
HP switches
Sonicwall firewalls
Ruckus wireless systems
Microsoft windows server exchange 2013
Windows 7,8 10
Symantec antivrus
Laptop- calmly and quickly fix problem
And explain in non-technical way
