Business to Business Collections Agent needed for a contract in Boca Raton, FL

Job Description:

  • Responsible for initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts. 
  • May require an associate's degree or its equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • Should be well versed in Excel


NOTE:  Only candidates with business-to-business collections experience will be considered. Ideal candidate will have business to business collections/credit experience preferable in a consumer or industrial goods wholesale or distribution environment
